Warrnambool & District Community Hospice is governed by a volunteer Committee of Management comprising of up to 9 members responsible for ensuring the organisation fulfills its mission, vision, values, and responsibilities to the community it serves.

Warrnambool & District Community Hospice operates with the small team of part-time staff responsible for day-to-day operations, including service provision and management of the large volunteer workforce.
